SNOW03: Eisenhower – “23 hits of Eisenhower”
Därav “23 hits of Eisenhower”.
Låtlistan så: “Hey miss tambourine girl”, “You are my number one”, “Baby love girl”, “Baby, why don’t you love me?”, “Hello, my name is Eisenhower”, “Do it today”, “Cuddly teddy bear”, “Come together”, “Raindrops, not teardrops”, “Honey bee, stick to me”, “Stop/play”, “Disorder”, “Hallo, baby I love you”, “I sell tickets”, “I spoke to a girl”, “Kids wanna riot”, “Los Angeles”, “My secret girl”, “Please let me dance with you”, “She loves to shout”, “Wheelchair girl”, “Wonderful girl” och “Tell me you love me”.

The story of Eisenhower kicks off in the early 21st century, when Henrik Påhle starts to record some songs in his bedroom, songs that ended up cassettes, that were sent to friends. He also sent some cassettes to club owners in his hometown of Halmstad, but got the reply that his music was too twee. To other bands, this would probably be an insult, but to Henrik it was the other way round! This was the best thing anyone could say about his music!
This sparked his creativity, and suddenly he made new CDR’s (yes, he adopted the new technology too!) all the time, and he just got better and better until we couldn’t stand it anymore: we just had to release a compilation of the best songs from all the CDR’s and cassettes! Enter “23 hits of Eisenhower”.
Just like the previous records, we will make 50 copies, and there are still some available, so send us an e-mail at orders@snowdayrecords.se if you want to order your very own copy!
